This section contains information on having a smooth transition for Webelos moving into a Troop. The program is detailed with tasks and specific assignments for District and unit serving volunteers using the calendar. The section also contains follow-up tools, a tracking sheet and letters that should make the transition process much easier. The success of the program is reliant on using as many or all of the available tools.
