Welcome Commissioners to playing a critical role in the success of your units, your District and our Council. 

1)  Thanks to Kresha Alvarado for being the Dean of Commissioner College at the University of Scouting on January 8th.  We had lots of great classes and many folks being recognized for outstanding training.   

2)  Council Commissioner's Cabinet meetings in 2011 will be at 7PM on Feb 22nd, April 19th, June 21st, August 16th, October 18th 

3)  February is Roundtable Month.  Any District with 75% attendance at either of its Cub or Boy Scout Roundtables will be recognized at the Circle Ten Board Meeting in April.   

4)  May 1st is the Commissioner Training Goal to have 100% of your District's Commissioners having taken Commissioner's Basic Training to be recognized at the May Scout Show Board Meeting.... 

Goals for Commissioners 
  
1)  Ratio of 3 to 1 Units to Commissioner for the Council by Dec 1st. 
2)  Every Commissioner gets Commissioner Basic Training completed in first 60 days 
3)  Have 50% of units in Council with Visits in the UVTS (Unit Visitation Tracking System) by Dec 1st. 

Commissioners play vital role in the health and success of each and every one of our Districts as Unit Doctors to help mentor new unit leaders and bring resources to the unit to help with all their issues.
