1) Council Commissioners Cabinet Meeting--Every third Tuesday except June, July and December...

2) District Commissioner's listing of their Commissioners--I have received lists from Wisdom Trail, Mustang, Great Plains and White Rock...Please send me your list of Commissioners as soon as you can...Thanks..

3) April is Roundtable Month at Circle Ten--Our Target is 75% of all units attending Roundtable in April so make sure and bring your Roundtable Commissioners to the next Council Commissioners meeting on February 16th to learn about the program for the April Roundtable.

4) May 1st Target for 100% Commissioner Basic Training Completed--our goal is to have all Commissioners on our staff to at least have Commissioner Basic completed by May 1st...

5) Commissioner Ratio of 1 to 3 units--Anyone making that by May 1st will get special recognition at the May Board Meeting

6) Triple Crown--Any District having 75% April Roundtable attendance, 100% Trained by May 1st, AND a ratio of 1 to 3 will get a VERY SPECIAL RECOGNITION!

NEED FROM DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS :

1) Your list of Commissioners if you have not sent it already!

2) Your Commissioner Basic Training Schedule so we can publish to the other districts if you are going to offer it or go together with another district to offer it.
