posted on Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 5:00pm
|
The DDCCS is now taking orders for the Catholic Scouting patch and patch segments (rockers). The purpose of this patch is to promote participation in the Catholic religious emblem programs, and to recognize the achievements of the scouts who have completed the programs.
The 3" round patch features the diocesan coat of arms. Up to 4 rockers may be placed around the main Catholic Scouting patch. The 4 rockers for the Boy Scout emblem programs are: Light of Christ, Parvuli Dei, Ad Altare Dei, and Pope Pius XII. Scouts must earn the religious emblem before they may purchase the rocker. Rockers for Duty to God, emblem counselors, and DDCCS members are also available.
