Last Week
to sell Popcorn!!! 


Top Kernel Priorities This Week:

 

1.      Send an email to parents encouraging them to give their Scouts that last push to get them to their goal. Remind them that they are selling popcorn to pay for their son’s program! The more they sell, the less they pay through the year.

2.      There’s still time to organize a last minute blitz this weekend!  

3.      Give parents firm deadlines as to when the popcorn and prize orders are due (your deadline is the 27th by noon).    

4.      Redeem Fill It Up Incentives. Avoid lines, the sooner the better!  Oct. 27 Deadline. 

5.      Log in to www.trails-end.com now!  Click on Leaders at bottom of page, then click on Popcorn System (top right).  Make sure you have your username and password BEFORE you try to input your order. It will reduce your stress!


Crossbows Motivate Scouts!

If you have a Blitz scheduled or any other meeting for your unit, take a crossbow. You just have to return it within 48 hours or give it to a Scout and fax or email us copies of his 2 filled up order forms.

Submit the top selling Scouts in your unit to win the High 5 Dream Packages and Group Packages. Be sure to at least submit all Scouts that sell $1,000 and above. Click here to email the form directly to us.

 

On-line Popcorn Sales will Open Soon!

 Look for an email in the next week with instructions on how your Scouts can sell popcorn on-line. The good news is that you don’t have to do anything except share the information with your Scouts. They log in themselves to get their id number. Your Scouts will be able to print these cards to give to customers as they deliver their popcorn. http://www.trails-end.com/trailsend/images/ScoutIDcards.pdf , Stay tuned!

  • Noon – Orders Due
  • Deadline to redeem Fill It Up prizes! (Any service center location)
  • Deadline to submit Top Salesman for your unit! Click here to submit yours.

November 6th or 7th 

           Popcorn Pick Up Day 

(Your district will schedule your date. Look for information from your district kernel or district executive.) 

December 5th  

Popcorn Money Turn In Deadline

·      You can turn in your money at any time to any service center location before December 5th or mail your check to: Circle Ten Council

·      There will be special office hours at all three locations (Dallas, Allen & Sherman) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on December 5th for you to turn your money in.
