Clements Scout Ranch / Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp
Winter Camp at Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp in Athens, Texas, is Circle Ten Council's single largest camping event. Winter Camp is designed for Boy Scout Troops to have four nights of camping that include advancement opportunities and special fun activities staffed by the Order of the Arrow, Mikanakawa Lodge of Circle Ten Council.
Event Registration will once again be through the Campmaster reservation system

Merit Badge preregistration will begin November 1, 2013 and will be done through the Campmaster website.
HUNTER EDUCATION DETAILS FOR WINTER CAMP
Winter camp will once again be offereing the Texas Hunter Education Class at Winter Camp on December 29th from 1pm to 8pm with a break for supper. The course will be available in the Scoutmasters lounge and is open to both youth and adults. Particiapants will need to bring $15 cash and their social security number for the official form that is submitted to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. If you are a member of the Order of the Arrow and at least 14 years of age you can serve on staff at Winter Camp! Staff Application process also coming soon.
As in years past, the scheduled arrival day for Winter Camp 2013 is Friday, December 27. Early arrival is available after 9am on December 26th.
Please do not arrive before 9am on the 26th.
If your troop chooses to arrive on December 26th please be mindful that this is the time when the staff sets up winter camp. There is no program and minimal staff assistance will be available.
